Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation releases volume 46, issue 2 titled: How Individual and Environmental Factors affect Employment Outcomes. This volume is a capstone project of the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Individual-Level Characteristics Related to Employment Among Individuals with Disabilities, whose goal is to generate new knowledge about the role of individual characteristics on employment outcomes for people with disabilities.
